CONSIGNOR INFORMATION
Alvin Antique Center is delighted
to offer this great Consignment plan to the public. We will place your items in on of the largest and busiest
antique stores in Texas.
We will accept Antique and Collectible merchandise in good condition and ready to go.
We will not do any repairs.
We will also accept new furniture in good condition. We will not repair
or clean items. Please do not bring old mattresses or stained ulpolstered items.
LENGTH
OF CONSIGNMENT
The term of the consignment is 6 months. You are free to pick up your item after
3 months if desired. If you pick item up before 3 months you will be charged $25.00 per item, no exceptions. It is your responsibility
to know when the consignment time is up, we will not contact you.
HOW IT WORKS
1) We price the item at retail. (your imput is welcome)
2) Items are put on a marked down schedule of 15%
every month.
3) Items must be left for 3 months minimium.
4) If item is left over 6 months are considered abandoned.
FEES
1) Under $50.00------50%/50% split
2) Under $100.00----60%/40%
split
3) Over $100.00----66.6%-33 1/3rd split
4) Over $1000.00----70%/30% split
GETTING PAID
Alin Antique Center pays out twice a the 10th
and 25th of the month. Checks will not be available early. We will not automatically mail
checks. If you need a check mailed to you, you will have to contact us on or after the 10th or 25th about mailing
"that" check.
