CONSIGNOR INFORMATION
Alvin Antique Center is delighted
to offer this great consignment plan to the public. Your items will be displayed in one of the busiest
antique stores in Texas. We will accept antique and collectible merchandise in good condition and ready to go. We
will not do any repairs.
We will also accept newer furniture in excellent condition. We will not repair
or clean items. Please do not bring old mattresses or stained ulpolstered items.
LENGTH OF CONSIGNMENT
You are free to pick up your
item after 3 months if desired. If you pick item up before 3 months you will be charged $25.00 per item, no exceptions. It
is your responsibility to know when the consignment time is up, we will not contact you.
HOW
IT WORKS
1) We agree on a starting retail price.
2) Items will be marked down 15% (off
original price) every month.
3) Items must be left for a 3 months minimium.
4) Again,
please keep in mind... items will be marked down 15% every month they remain. After 6 months that is 90% off
the original agreed upon price.
FEES
We get 1/3rd and you
get 2/3's.... super deal!!!
GETTING PAID
Alvin Antique Center pays out twice a month on the 5th and 20th. Checks will not
be available early. We will not automatically mail checks.
